Firebird 4.0.0 build for Raspberry Pi (aarch64)

I've built and uploaded a test version of Firebird 4.0.0 for Raspberry Pi (aarch64).

It has been built in a Raspberry Pi 4 running Ubuntu 20.04.2 LTS with an additional commit to make it more compatible with different Linux distro versions.

Feedback is welcomed.
